Cancellation Policy
1. No extra guests
(This does not apply to my busy moms that can't always find a babysitter just let me know in advance)
2. Please make sure you add the soak-off service during booking if you need a soak-off.(This is very important because of time. A soak off adds 30mins to your appointment time)
3. I DO NOT and WILL NOT work on top of anybody elses work.
4. You have a 10 minute grace period.
After the 10 minute mark you will be charged a $15 late fee and after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
